      Pros

      Well known company, managers are easy to talk to, salary is ok and there is a lot of training available (depending which site you work on)

      Cons

      You have to occasionally find work for yourself and some sites do not have as much opportunities as others (ex. training)

      Pros

      Great workplace, competent employees. The company takes great care of all of its employees and is a very safe work environment.

      Cons

      Stringent procedures make working here one of the major cons. This is the only con that I can see for this company.

      The people at BAE Systems are fantastic - hardworking, work with integrity, available to answer questions and support younger members, and fun to be around. In addition, the learning opportunities are great.

      Cons

      The upper management is not as connected to the engineers as they should be. Tend to get caught up in a lot of process and old ways of doing things.
