      - easy to get a job out of college - 6% 401k match

      Cons

      - puppy mill work culture for young engineers - hard to impossible to get a promotion... even though doing work above pay grade - annual raises too low... even though doing work above pay grade - lack of profit sharing, bonus, or good medical - management will promise you the moon without following through... no you will not get put on that new shiny design project

      Pros

      Great work life balance, amazing coworkers. There is an abundance of meaningful, challenging work.

      Cons

      Promotional opportunities are difficult to come by, even when your reviews reflect exemplary performance. Management does not focus enough on people development and has a huge problem with diversity. Compensation is below that of competitors. There are many managers of people that do not like the people managing part of their role.

      Old School struggling in a changing world

      Pros

      Decent compensation. They don’t expect much other than working long hours. Parking is decent unless you work at canal street like me. It’s an extra 20 minutes just to walk in the building at canal street if you can even find parking.

      Cons

      This company is very hierarchical and only experience over performance. If you didn’t grow up in BAE you will not go far with the old boys network dominating the space. Facilities are old and overcrowded.
