      I think upper management wants to make things better but doesn't really know how...thats a pro, right?

      Very dangerous, you breath in very bad things everyday, extremely unethical, management takes shortcuts wherever they can.

      Pros

      9/80 work week, with every other Friday off. They provide me with a Paycheck weekly. Free ice cream truck every other Friday.

      Cons

      Budget is not controlled by engineering. New hires over 30 are expected to know all procedures and policys on day one. The group that controls the budget has zero tollerance for new hires. They don't like engineers with no BAE experience.
