      Pros

      provided more than one line of business work to try out. I finally got into an area that I fit very well, and feel I am thriving. I am here to stay for the long haul.

      Cons

      This is not a negative, but the function one is originally hired might not be the right fit for everyone. However, management is willing as in my case to provide other areas to work on.

      There are good people here who mean well and want to fix all the broken systems and practices by management

      Cons

      Management does not want the employees to communicate with each other. They want everyone in the dark until they are forced to tell you what’s going on. They will manipulate and control everything they can if you let them. It’s clear they have preferences when I️t comes to employees. They give preferential treatment to certain employees while ostracizing the rest. Management constantly says they will do something, than conveniently forgets, ignores or walks back on what they said, as evidenced by the ridiculous turnover. Extremely difficult to trust anything management says.

      Occasional free food/work events. Work with interesting technology. Some people were friendly

      Cons

      Little communication. with vague direction on what is requested Occasionally had to struggle to get resources to complete job. Constant turnover.
