      Freedom to Grow but struggles as well

      Pros

      A lot of freedom given to learn new technologies and hone your personal skills. Good access and some of the other people are nice to work with. Overall, just enjoy the technology here as it is high tech.

      Cons

      Other than some Monday food, little office collaboration or general culture. Would love to meet some others that don't get a chance to meet with.

      Various Pros/Cons of a medium sized company

      Pros

      Good location- easy to get to. Didn't have to deal with lots of red tape unlike prior big companies. Food provided. Allows to work from home to meet project deadlines.

      Cons

      Miscommunication in larger projects because no concrete established order of command for certain projects.

      Nice location in a park-like setting

      Cons

      The management treated all employees with contempt and disrespect. The would micromanage all issues and constantly invade personal space and privacy. Management would view your LinkedIn account and tell you who you may associate with, tell you who you could go to lunch with and but in to private conversations!
