None. This place is not where you want to be. It has the potential to be great but they do not want to spend the money to staff the company let alone make the right decisions to expand their growth.
Cons
There is no corporate structure, there is no clear direction on anything. They say they are expanding and they are not properly staffed to do so. They also under pay their office team. You are not an appreciated employee and are ignored unless they need you. HUGE TURNOVER RATE!
