      Nice location in a park-like setting

      Cons

      The management treated all employees with contempt and disrespect. The would micromanage all issues and constantly invade personal space and privacy. Management would view your LinkedIn account and tell you who you may associate with, tell you who you could go to lunch with and but in to private conversations!

      Highly Competitive Benefits program Strategic Focus with Great Alignment to Corporate Mission and Vision Commitment to outreach programs and local organizational communities I definitely would have stayed on but some personal issues led me to move to different state

      Cons

      Talent Management Program is somewhat limited for mid-career personnel. Model tends to let many leading technical professionals slip away. Frequent corporate to division to departmental realignments limit momentum for high-performer personnel and top performing departments and divisions.
