Been there 6 yrs worst job i ever had. If you like low pay and volen told what you will do with no lunch breaks and long 12 hour shifts.started at 12 an hour filling drums to loading trucks at 13 an hr to running 3 diffent reactors at 19 an hr. Now i was finally to get a decent raise 2 months ago and i haven't seen yet. This company sucks they will run your in the ground and turn around and not think twice about you there only concern is how much profit they can make on your back there is so much controversy here pay work and click that people dont get along its a big headache day after day looking for a new job because i hate working at Basf.
