Pros

Some department work with flex hours for working at home. Great benefits

Cons

Never know when your job is going to be gone. Can't get anywhere unless you are in the good old boy club. Some management are like high school girls. Was never allowed to have training. If my manager did not get training first then I was never allowed to take but most of the time she took it and I was never allowed. Complained to upper management about things I was going through and she never ever took control when my husband was dying in hospital and I was being called every other day on where I would be able to come in. Which I did work during the time he was in ICU.
