-Great health benefits -Increase in paid vacation from 2 to 3 weeks -Flexibility in work schedule -Good compensation -Short commute to work

Cons

-Mindset of employees who have worked here for 30+ years which makes being innovative problematic -Inability to get management's approval for flexible scheduling -Routine work that is made to seem like it is more than what it is -Inability to advance career due to insignificance of current department

Pros

Large, well known company. Working with a diverse workforce.

Cons

Bad decision making by managers. Benefits are not inline with other companies of this size in our region. When pension was frozen/ended, only a certain group (10 yrs service, XX yrs or older) received any makeup in the new retirement plan (5% for 5 years). This sent a bad message to employees who may have had the years of service but were a little younger than required by the plan.
