      This company has zero respect for its employees. The longer you’ve been around the worse you’re treated. Unrealistic expectations. Unethical business practices. I was embarrassed to be the face of this company

      Pros

      The company is actively committed to each individuals professional development. They treat people fairly within reason - if you work, follow directions well and do your absolute best then you will have a great career here. The majority of your phone and internet are paid for you monthly, your personal and business gas are paid upfront and if you’re willing to listen with an open mind you’ll be given a lifetime of experience from great people.

      Cons

      It’s no different anywhere but for a few years I had a less than ideal boss. He started strong but slowly spiraled out of control over 4.5 years. You may find yourself with a leader you don’t particularly like or agree with but that’s no reason to quit usually. Don’t let that scare you about BAT or anywhere else, it happens. Great company overall.
