      managers tell employees, clients, and parents of pediatric clients things that have been said in confidentiality, and state the names of who said them, which makes for hard working envirnment

      Bayada is a good company that adequately serves its purpose to help those in need of home care services.

      Cons

      The ALDP program was sold as a "fast track" to a management or director position. However, it is clear that there quick advancement through the company is a rarity. The salaries are mediocre at best, and the job is very mundane.

      excellent pay, fairness from the management team, great ability to grow your professional career.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive. Too many projects at the same time. All hands on deck sometimes is too much to do the job well.
