The orientation is terrible, your out in the feild not knowing what the office expects from you.There are no policy manuals accessible, not even online, you can ask your director to see them ,but they never are seen.Our Director has little clinical knowledge ,so she no help, you just have to do your best out in the field. All the office staff cares about is their NUMBERS for the month. They take referrals even if there 's no Nursing need,ESPECIALLY Medicare ! I feel they rip Medicare off. The Nurses either get Fired or leave, nothings secure, its a terrible place to work, I'm so sorry I got involved with Bayada. I dont care what Mr. Bayada thinks, They do NOT care about their employees
