      -- Everyone is super nice and supportive. -- A good work/life balance is supported. -- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives help us all feel welcomed and comfortable to bring our authentic selves to work-- all in a way that is about moving forward together rather than lecturing us. -- Career growth is often discussed.

      Wonderful people, culture and value oriented, team unity.

      Cons

      Insurance/benefits and pay is lower than industry standard. They have started the work on benefits, but still have a ways to go in all areas.

      Cons

      Reimbursement does not allow for pay for experience. No raises.
