The dollar amount they start you out at is what you will most likely always make . The only way you may get more money is if the client you are working for is paying for their own care or either they have insurance. You have to almost beg for an increase in pay and most of the time it will only increase you to 9.00 . Once you no longer have that type of client you are back to 8.25 an hour. Have been there 3 years and still make 8.25 an hour. You have to work 2,000 hours Each Year to get any paid time off. The Bayada Bucks Program is a joke. They hardly ever give you the bucks, even if you work call outs , and are never out yourself . It would take years to really get anything worth having.Most of the work is 2 or 3 hours for most of the clients. Not worth the gas to go from client to client. I was told they pay for gas between clients. I have never been paid for this. There is alot to be done for clients in those 2-3 hours , you work really hard. They do not pay Overtime !
