Great place to work if you don't have a life

Pros

It was a great place to start out my banking career, as they were constantly providing training courses. The benefits were pretty good, and they even offer time off for newlywed employees.

Cons

The sales goals were extremely too high. They wanted you to do multiple call blocks throughout the day, and stay one night a month after work to do a call block. It didn't matter what kind of demographic your branch served, the goals kept getting higher and higher. They replaced Branch Associates (tellers) with Sales and Service Advisors, so that everyone in the branch was a salesperson. Their staffing model also shrinked, making it even more difficult for the employees with families and children to take time off for illness and emergencies.

Cons

Pay is really low compared to similar banks nearby, several call nights and even call mornings. Constantly pushing numbers. Stressful environments.
