My company was purchased by BD, and the transition did not go well. We were dying on the vine without a clear vision of how our division was going to fit into our new parent.

Stressful working atmosphere. Understaffing in most areas results in work overload and unrealistic expectations from managers. Poorly trained front line managers that are more interested in making themselves look good at associates expense. Little room for advancement. Nepotism and favoritism in some hiring and job openings has occurred. Constant revolving door for Country Manager turnover resulting in no long tern direction by leadership. Human Resources is not always trusted to respond favorably to Associates concerns. Clear disconnect of the distribution associates from the office associates.
