      Generally speaking the local team are filled with good people.

      Cons

      Very frustrating place to be with the lack of direction and leadership. Combine this with stale products and a not a great comp plan.

      Pros

      Co-workers. Health benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      So conservative it's sickening. Don't know how to change with the times. Customer Care workers are over worked and more any more is heaped on top but NO COMPENSATION. They give more and more work but will not compensate. Most are lucky if they make more than $10 over minimum wage. Except management who love to give themselves bonuses!
