With the BARD acquisition there will be more layoffs. I am leaving before the morale gets even lower.

Great people on the legacy CareFusion side, good product that is actually helping people, lots of hardworking people on CareFusion side

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry, long hours with no reward, and pretentious managers from legacy BD. Morale is at an all time low and is only getting worse.

Pros

The people working in R&D were great. You are working on products that save lives. Good PTO policy, flexible schedule.

Cons

Chaotic direction from upper management, burned out R&D. Very little work/life balance. Layoffs every September since BD merged with Carefusion. They seem to be outsourcing everything. IT Service is bad. It takes weeks to get anything resolved.
