      Very high salary for intern.

      Cons

      PTA is not like interns. PTA is more in charge of cold calls or data entry.

      Pros

      Office culture is incredible. Everyone is sincere, playful, hardworking and smart. It's well-managed from Sales to Operations. Some of their values include "Work hard, Play hard" including Beer Fridays!

      Cons

      Like an agency, it's fast paced and not for everyone. It's constantly go, go, go! But on the other hand, I've never been bored.

      Pros

      Fun Parties, Industry Leader in promotional products, Never a dull moment. Great first job out of college.

      Cons

      Feels like the Wild West. Not enough consistency across the organization. Free beer on Friday is not enough to make up for the nights and excessive hours with priorities changing instantaneously. Pay for most is low, negotiate up front. Turn over is high or people have stayed way too long.
