BDA isn't perfect but the company is clearly always working to be better - for its employees, its clients, its partners. People who say otherwise have unrealistic expectations.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we are making things work with bandaids and zeal.

Smart - good people. Team environment. You get what you put in.

Cons

Benefits, bonus structure need work. HR doesn't feel accessible. Internal operations tools need a lot of work, but they are working on it.
