      Pros

      The people there are pretty good, the company throws some great parties and it's a pretty good company who is still young at heart.

      Cons

      Management can be very deceptive and not exactly give you accolades. The mentality of, if you did a good job then congrats you did your job. When you screw up, they will make sure you are aware of it and will not be shy to make you feel terrible for it.

      There are very hardworking, dedicated people here.

      Cons

      It is an unhealthy environment due to high turnover and a frantic pace. Too many initiatives at the same time to do any one thing well.
