      Pros

      Hard working individuals. A sense of department unity.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized. Though a sales driven company, not much notice has gone to the internal departments at BDA. SO many of those people work so hard day in and day out to clean up messes from the Sales side of the company.

      Pros

      Great people with so much passion and creativity. Cool industry working with the most famous client brands. Great office environment. Leadership that is steering the giant ship in the RIGHT DIRECTION! Yeah I said it! It is moving in the right direction and all of us that have stuck it out the past couple years should be proud of the work that we have put in to make BDA what it is today.

      Cons

      Pay is still an issue. The only teams that seem to be paid reasonably for their work are the Account Managers and executives. The rest of the team is clearly underpaid for the work they do. Medical insurance is good if you are just supporting yourself however add the family to your medical and it's completely unaffordable.
