Cons

Lots of favoritism going on; High School mentality (i.e. gossip, playing favorites, playing games, pitting people against one another for personal gain, etc); Advancement opportunity; Working together to solve problems; Requires lots of hours for little appreciation

Pros

A good place to gain experience if you are a recent college graduate. Offers medical, dental & 401K. Offers vacation / sick pay. Offers bonuses to some employees. BDA is supportive of charities. BDA does have some fun events.

Cons

Very disorganized! Too much work for too little compensation. The employees are spread too thin leading to a large amount of overtime. Too many managers that walk around and micro-manage. Poor communication from higher up's to support staff. This leads to poor attitudes and less production. Higher up's and other employees are allowed to abuse support staff without consequence.
