      Only the hard working associates at the Director level and under.

      The "Owners" constantly promote the "TIGGER" spirit. First of all that is a total joke. But then again if you consider "TIGGER" as an acronym then it makes sense. The "Owners" and the other execs do embody the TIGGER attitude as what it really means is: T = Totally I = Involved in G = Growing G = Greed while E = Evading R = Responsibility Yea Boy - Keep up the TIGGER spirit and see how many more employees you can use up and toss aside!

      Pros

      Hours are flexible, people work when they want to. Casual dress code. People I worked with we're great.

      Cons

      The wrong people are running the company..... Management treats employees like dirt. Pay is too low, expected to work 60-80 hours a week for 40 hours pay. Work at home on nights and weekends. Company lies and has no integrity.
