Used to be a great place to work.

Pros

The real people that work there, the ones that are in the trenches with each other; long-lasting friendships are built at BDA that last for years after.

Cons

There are too many cons to list here; middle management must work 24/7; employees are not rewarded with promotions or even thanks, they are rewarded with more work; much of the executive team needs to go, particularly 'recent' hires; can't tell who is steering the ship; goals are not communicated downwards.

Long-term employees are undervalued and underpaid

Pros

Great company for 20 somethings right out of college to learn about this fun industry and to meet some good people and attend some great parties. One thing they preach is that it is the people that make it a great company, which is true.

Cons

Get your experience and get out, two years max, because staying long-term will not benefit your career growth or your bank account. BDA is like a dysfunctional family who appears happy and healthy but is morally corrupt and broken on the inside.

Pros

If you have no experience and are willing to work your butt off for no pay, no recognition, no advancement opportunity then this is the place for you, but when you get that experience take it to a better company.

Cons

You cannot get the tools you need to do your job. Too much is done off shore. Turnover Benefits Pay Management High school like, cliques, gossip, lack of professionalism. VP's think they walk on water, but have no clue what their employees go through, worse they don't care. Very top heavy, not enough operations people on the work front. Owners think a party now and then makes up for all of the above.
