      Pros

      BDA is the best ans highest-paying promotional product job I've ever had. The people are awesome and the culture is fun, especially for the extroverts. Very non-traditional here, which I love.

      Cons

      Honestly, this is hard. I don't know that I have anything bad to day about BDA. My role specifically is challenging because you have to wear so many hats and the pace is ridiculous, but that's with any AM job in this field.

      the base pay for a retail job is a good pay.

      some of the things that go on behind the scenes are questionable. my first three paychecks were sent to an account i didn’t have access to that they creating through ADP without telling me. i had to contact corporate multiple times to get access to the account.
