I have met some of the most amazing people ever. Great, down to earth, ready to help kinda people. I love the vibe this place has. I was lucky to have amazing managers throughout my career at BDA. However, I know some people who have had major challenges with micromanaging, pain in the butt, unsupportive managers. A lot to learn from literally everybody. Fast paced and dynamic work culture which I personally really appreciate. Will make a lot of good friends. Very friendly and supportive people. Great holiday parties!

Cons

Pay is HORRIBLE to a level where nothing else really matters. Terrible benefits. Difficult to grow and get promoted. You’ll find some racist people. It’s just unfortunate that we still have to deal with racism at workplace. Favouritism prevails, if you are buddy buddy with your manager or director it will help you grow really fast. Little to no training even when there is a whole training department to train people. Attrition is thru the roof. There are so many new faces all the time.

great people, love the atmosphere and all the clients/accounts they work with. They have very fun activities and events, feels to make up for the lack of compensation otherwise

Cons

very overworked with low pay. Hard to measure success individually on the coordinator level and fairly in comparison across departments but raises & bonuses were dependent on team metrics, nearly impossible to achieve with high amount of orders/expectations and little to none of those details were in our control.
