Pros

ability to make some bonus money if you get the right accounts, without inflated target budgets. fun people.

Cons

tons of turnover internally, which leads to lots of inconsistent workflow and a bunch of needless exercises. Lots of politics and gossip.

Pros

I enjoyed every minute I was with BDA. It was a dream job for me. Great atmosphere, great teammates and clients. Upper management was very visible and transparent. Pay and work/life balance was great. The recruiting and interview process was fair and timely. I would recommend BDA to anyone looking for the next step in their career.

Cons

I have no cons, I enjoyed my time here.
