Pros
Some really great people, who are friendly and decent folk. Cool business to be in. So much potential.
Cons
Lots of turnover. And I do mean lots. Seemed like a revolving door of permanent, temp, and contract people. Management tells you one thing, then does another. Any plan in place, changes the instant it is mentioned. Boring work. It was the same old grind, day in and day out. Lots of cheerleading about greatness, but no follow through. New hire training was deplorable. I was told to sit and watch for a week. Then I got blazed because I didn't ask any questions or take enough notes. Funny, what questions am I going to ask when all I've done is watch my trainer fly through the job and not explaining what she was doing. Plus she always seemed irritated when I did ask a question. It was met with, "here, I'll handle it." OK? Um, I asked a valid and relevant question. Temps and Contract workers were treated with disrespect and made to feel unvalued and definitely expendable.
