Pros
Competitive salary. Frontline staff are kind, helpful individuals, who want to see their peers succeed. Training program reasonable prepares new employees for basic functions of position.
Cons
High turnover. Within three months of my employment, I saw multiple employees resign from nearly every department I was in contact with. Management does not encourage development in new employees, and places unreasonable workloads on tenured ones. Tense work environment. Harmful internal politics.
