Pros

Truly, there are none. Some of the people are nice, but none of the leadership is.

Cons

Low pay. No room for promotion. Favoritism. Training is garbage now. Supervisors, management, and higher NEVER on the floor. Sudden changes. Poor work/life balance. Safety hazards all over. Owner will buy a mega mansion on an island but won't pay employees well.

Company parties are extravagant, but don't make up for all the crap you have to deal with day to day

Cons

Owners are horrible! They are not educated past high school, and it shows in their decision making and leadership decisions. The culture feels like being back in high school complete with cliques, different groups fighting for favor or budget, and no real regard for personal/professional development, or meeting customer needs.
