      Pros

      Money. They knew they had to pay to get people to work.

      Cons

      Director was a drunk and used drugs. Rule by fear was the way. Horrible systems (with some people trying to make it better). Director had relations with many on the floor and vendors.

      Pros

      -Cool people - You get to make cool stuff - The CEO seems to genuinely care about the employees. - The people you get to work with are sooooo knowledgeable about this industry and really care about the products we make.

      Cons

      - Low pay for the amount of work and the cost of living. - Benefits are okay. Not good. - Not much time off. In a world where unlimited PTO has become normal, BDA still makes you earn every single hour you take off. It doesn’t feel like they care about work life balance and the mental health and well-being of their employees.
