      Boys club mentality

      You get to work with some creative, excited people.

      Cons

      Leadership is very much a boys club. There is zero filter on anything they say or do. They push team and family but that is only as long as you're doing what they want or expect of you. Benefits are subpar and expensive. There is no accountability for peoples actions. Engagement and accountability comes from the top down which is a big part in why there is none.
