-Bad communications. Management will hide information from you and leave you completely unaware of what is happening -Schedule came out late very often (the worst is two days before the following workweek). You can request time off and still get scheduled for those days -you have to pay for parking and the company won't reimburse you -Managers told employees not to discuss their pay among their co-workers which violates Equal Pay & Opportunities Act -Managers often deliver messages verbally rather than any written notices so they can neglect responsibilities for their actions -Work is always supervised and overseen. They have security cameras set up to listen to employees conversations -Sexists comments make employees uncomfortable -Lots of promises on promotions. But non get it unless the managers like you -promotions are based on favoritism, not performance -Managers dictating things and treat staff poorly in front of guests -Basically, this is a decent part-time job if you are just there to get the money and get out. Not a great choice for a career path

unrealistic budgets on some accounts, lots of staff turnover, long hours.
