There is nothing except for SOME teams you work with that is a pro

Cons

Implemented a 4 day work week when everyone is in different states and on teams calls, they don't take account for transit time. Overloaded work, low pay, micromanaging, and they're outsourcing jobs and lots of lay offs. I would not recommend applying.
