Pros

The people - they really become your family. If you like the culture of BDA you will thrive and they will invest in you and want to see you succeed. It really is a very energizing company that wants to see you grow with them.

Cons

Not enough accountability to operations when you're in the sales role. Limited sales support. Unified communication from executives.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We take pride in our employees’ work with the company and seeing them grow professionally in our culture is such a win for all of us! BDA is such a fast-paced, creative environment and everyone, from support positions to leadership, is running fast in a relay race to succeed. Sometimes we forget to slow down enough to make sure we are running in the right lane and the rest of the team knows the plan. With the amazing growth we are seeing it can sometimes be hard to keep up with the demand for new talent to support that growth. But we are improving our recruiting processes to be more effective and efficient in adding more “aprons on the floor”. Also, we want to hear ideas from everyone on the team, especially people on the ground level. Thank you for your three years of service at BDA. BDA remains a fun work environment for many people but it’s also changed a lot in the past few years as the company has grown organically and through acquisitions, both of which were deliberate strategies and not impulsive in the slightest. This fast growth environment comes with a realization that not everybody will be comfortable with change and that’s ok.
