I'm surrounded by super smart, self motivated people who are always raising the bar which pushes me to grow as well. Leadership empowers employees to go after what they want in their career and the momentum is amazing.

Cons

Don't come to BDA unless you are ready to roll up your sleeves and work really hard. The company is growing fast so you need to be willing to work very hard as everyone is expected to contribute and make an impact every day.
