Pros

None really. What's there to write home about? Just the fact that everyone is working from home due to the pandemic? Just seems like a ploy to save money. Just a PR stunt to show that "BDP Cares".

Cons

There could really be a novel written about this place's cons. The Philadelphia office is the worst. If you don't brown nose or aren't a family member you can't get ahead. That's not hyperbole either. If you're not a white male, WASP, then you won't get ahead here. MLK Day isn't off so that really gives you some insight as to how much this company cares. Even when people state that this is a good stepping stone I still wouldn't recommend it. This place only knows how to devalue its employees. Not only that, the employees only gossip about others and their personal business. There's sexual harassment going on at the company's holiday party. You will be underpaid. When you bring up Glassdoor reviews they tell you to take that with a grain of salt. The only reason they say that is because everyone on here states facts. I could honestly go on a massive soliloquy about this place. HR doesn't do anything. They don't pay you correctly and if you ever forget to complete your timesheet for some reason the accounting department complains as if that's not their job. I heard that this company is under investigation for not paying their employees correctly. I also say that in Houston, TX they had the same issue and a lawsuit was filed. They don't value their employees either. There's a saying out there that a sign of a good company is how seriously they take technology and their employees. I'll tell you what, they don't take either seriously. The systems used are from the 80s and everyone complains. Everyone is miserable and has no want to be there. Don't try to get a raise either. That's a rarity. Don't try to use industry standards either. Apparently, that doesn't count. 401k contributions are also awful. Surprised clients haven't dropped this company. I guess it's nice to have another company bend and break for you at a drop of a dime.

Pros

Located in Center City and the break is an hour.

Cons

They pay is embarrassingly low. I mentioned I worked here and everyone knows how poorly we were compensated. Also, if you are a woman, POC, LGBTQ+, or D all of the above, just know that you will NEVER get promoted ever. Do a good job, you get rewarded with more work for the same pay. Do a bad job and you may get promoted only if you are a white male. Use this company for the name and experience and leave. Also, keep a paper trail because management will bully and lie to you.
