Pros

The people are passionate about the industry and very nice as long as they are not part of the leadership team.

Cons

The downfall of this company will be the CEO and SVP. There is high turnover due to a false image of how the company is doing and what the culture is like during the interview process and people find out real quick once they are in the door how bad things are. It feels like highschool if the CEO and SVP do not like you even if you are great at your job you will not last long. There is lack of trust which leads to micro management, bullying and a lack of respect all stemming from the top. Do yourself a favor and run away fast!

Cons

Everything listed on the original BDS Analytics profile. The other reviewer here is spot on: leadership is so unscrupulous and manipulative that they created a new account. But obviously they can’t even convince anyone to write fake reviews since the only one is from leadership (and the gaslighting, rambling and “BevAlc” reference tells us exactly who wrote it). My one hope for the company is that the board will exit the CEO and put an actual leader in charge. There is still time to turn things around. I’m in touch with my former clients, and they see through the facade too. This company is obsolete.

The company already has a Glassdoor profile under BDS Analytics. The reviews are majority one star outlining all of the problems. The fact that leadership has created a new company profile to try and escape the revealing reviews tells you all you need to know about how leadership here operates. Instead of addressing the problems they are trying to pretend they don’t exist. If you like this kind of gaslighting and shady behavior, this company is for you!
