I would encourage any new applicant to reach to current and former employees to get feedback before moving forward with applying/joining BDSA. Here are a few pointers: - Toxic leadership - Talents leaving the company - Failing product and company due to micro-management leading to complete paralysis of the company across all departments - No investment in employee's growth - Management based on fear and deceit instead of trust and transparency

Pros

It's cannabis data & it's a step out of the cannabis industry.

Cons

Can't afford to live here on what they pay. A lot of the sales team doesn't really know what they are talking about in terms of product detail but they are sales people with no cannabis background.

Pros

The people are passionate about the industry and very nice as long as they are not part of the leadership team.

Cons

The downfall of this company will be the CEO and SVP. There is high turnover due to a false image of how the company is doing and what the culture is like during the interview process and people find out real quick once they are in the door how bad things are. It feels like highschool if the CEO and SVP do not like you even if you are great at your job you will not last long. There is lack of trust which leads to micro management, bullying and a lack of respect all stemming from the top. Do yourself a favor and run away fast!
