Pros

Good company, good benefits, good people

Cons

This position is extremely micromanaged, little autonomy, the training is very group structured and intended for those without a solid banking background. If you have a background in banking it won’t challenge you except for having to constantly answer the phone. Very little in the way of development of other skills if you already possess them.

Wonderful community Amazing health, dental, vision and insanely affordable. Basic health plan is free! And they contribute $1,000 to an HSA for you if you choose the free plan

Pros

Amazing benefits, lots of good people, members like the CU and are generally easy to deal with.

Cons

Pay is pretty so-so for the market right now, a lot of arbitrary and unnecessary bureaucracy, management structure is confusing and managers really seem to struggle with working with their peers to effectively create change.
