Pros

-good benefits like any other financial institution -great opportunity to learn a lot of different products compared to other financial institutions. -good starting pay - pay increase every year( 60 cents each raise)

Cons

-no opportunity to grow professionally because of favoritism from management. - racial discrimination against their employees from management. -HR department not supportive when reporting bad behaviors from management.

No flexibility with schedule change, even though there is PTO getting the request approved you have to put in a bid
