Cons

Inflexible towards school schedules, despite offering the benefit that's reimbursed college tuition. Team is stressed out/pessimistic/under-staffed (at least three highly knowledgeable people left the teller team during my month there) Management is disorganized Pension plan requires 5 year commitment to be eligible Break rooms are run-down and musty Training is boring and drawn out way too long Team members don't follow the rules - everyone will tell you a different answer when asked the same question. It makes deciphering the "correct" way to do something, difficult. Pay is awful - some employees are working two jobs and 80+ hours/week to afford living costs The software they use is slow and crashes often

Cons

Dated software, poor information security, no clear communication. The company has a lot of things to change, coworkers are constantly complaining that it just a credit union and don't expect change to come anytime soon. It's hard to be positive, when people within the company even your manager tells you that! Not much diversity.
