      Great benifits but no work life balance

      Benefits are great Remote work for back office Really great ERGs

      Cons

      Allows toxic behavior from staff and management Untrusting leadership Overworked staff for lengthy periods of time. Does not care if staff gets burned out and applies salary protection to prevent paying overtime. Management hires friends instead of talent and running the people that actually practice the culture out faster than they can hire. Staff members are entitled and arrogant. Very clicky environment making it difficult to nurture a remote relationship for others. Management only pays attention to the loudest complainers There are some departments that do not seem to be so bad. Doesn’t acknowledge remote staff durning company events as if they were in person.

      Good benefits and opportunity "potential".

      Cons

      Antiquated systems and long wait times for both calls and NFC's. They offer nothing in terms of services that cannot be fulfilled by other financial institutions. For some reason, morale also seems to be very low. I no longer bank there anymore and suggest everyone avoid this toxic dumpster fire of an organization.

      Low stress, decent benefits, and work life balance

      Cons

      There’s a level of leadership incompetence there that I haven’t witnessed anywhere else. Managers lack accountability throughout, it appears to me that most are there to just collect a paycheck, say yes, and not to rock the boat. Most of the work I do and have done is uninteresting and boring. Definitely not the place to learn and grow your career.
