Very unrealistic sales goals, and rude customers who didn't understand the business model.

Pros

- Fantastic work life balance - Great culture, wonderful people - Open to new ideas - Sincerely put member interests first - Supports employee development & growth (conferences, workshops, tuition reimbursement, stretch opportunities, etc.) - Realistic staffing to support work (at least in my experience)

Cons

- No official paternity leave benefit :( - Pace can be a tad slow but this doesn't bother me. I appreciate caution in my financial institution. - That's it! There really aren't very many.

Friendly work environment. Good retirement plan, pension and health insurance. Becu is a great company to work for, it feels like family.

Cons

For the amount of loan dollars this company does, they should pay more per hour to the people who are member facing and making the members love to bank here.
