      Wonderful environment! Everyone here is amazing, co-workers all the way to the top. You feel welcome no matter where you. The opportunity for growth and the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Because of the size of BECU rolling out new updates or new programs gets delayed longer than we hop.

      Great Company who really cares about their employees. Great values used everyday. I was trained very well and had amazing leadership to help me along the way.

      Cons

      Having to deal with some not so nice members.
