      Pros

      Benefits, it's a non profit and it does not have high pressure. Building is being remodeled and is quite nice

      Cons

      It's a non profit, people just do not work as hard as they do at a for profit institution. Things move slow, lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of layers of management. Managers who don't actually manage anyone, but hey, it's a title.

      Pros

      BECU is absolutely committed to its membership, and employees are expected to conduct themselves at all times in accordance with the core values. Outstanding really.

      Cons

      Change is slow because consensus is the only way things get done which makes for a warm fuzzy feeling for everyone except those who's passion and mission requires change.
