      Pros

      Nice people in some departments.

      Cons

      For IT (and note the majority of these reviews are not for that): hugely outdated policy and technologies, turnover due to frustration and the wealth of better opportunities in this area, no priorities, no vendor management, no real leadership or management in this area.

      Member first attitude Positive work environment for the most part (depends on your team-the team I was on was very negative in the end; it wasn't always like that) Excellent benefits Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Does not respect older workers (depends on your team) Lack of career development Poor leadership (depends on your team, again my team had a person who was not qualified to be in management.) Promotes strife and conflict which destroys team/employee morale

      No Respect For Employees

      Pros

      Great place to have your money but they manage employees through intimidation. Employees who are back office or non member facing seem to have a little job satisfaction.

      Cons

      So much pressure to "sell". No longer have the true Credit Union philosophy but are exactly like a bank (not in a good way). Make you feel like you should be indebted to them for hiring you. They do NOT allow you to do what is truly in the members best interest but want you to PUSH what us in the best interest of the Credit Union. There is absolutely no work life balance for anyone in a lead or management position.
