The benefits are fantastic. Gyms at the major locations. Gym reimbursement for other locations. Free Orca Pass Free Discover Pass A Wellness account to get reimbursed for wellness items like shoes, bikes, etc.. Lots of other things that are beyond the standard medical/dental/vision stuff

Cons

Moving up within the company if you are entry level is a very slow process. You aren't rewarded for the time you've already put in when you try to move up.

There are good benefits; work life balance can be good for some departments

Cons

Low upward mobility; lack of resistance to new ideas. Promotions are based on tenure at BECU and outside experience isn't respected.

Pros

Benefits, it's a non profit and it does not have high pressure. Building is being remodeled and is quite nice

Cons

It's a non profit, people just do not work as hard as they do at a for profit institution. Things move slow, lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of layers of management. Managers who don't actually manage anyone, but hey, it's a title.
